Managing Director

Lebogang Vondo, affectionately known as “Bosslady,” is a distinguished businesswoman renowned for her exceptional analytical skills and ability to navigate complex challenges. A critical thinker and adept problem solver, she holds a Project Management qualification from a respected institution in Gauteng, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce in Law degree (BCom Law) from a prestigious business school.

Lebogang began her professional journey many years ago after transitioning from a law firm in Johannesburg. Drawing on her family’s entrepreneurial legacy, she leverages extensive knowledge and experience to drive sustainable growth and maintain a competitive edge in her role as Managing Director.

Avumile Amagcina Trading & Projects was founded and established in 2016 by a highly skilled and experienced individual in providing turn key solutions to construction projects that includes new buildings, renovations, roofing, civil works, paving, road works, security, cleaning services, business consulting and project management.

The founding director possess a proven track record in achieving time ,budgets and quality goals as well as a strong background in supervision and management of a broad range of small and medium size contracts.
